泡菜筍絲拌海帶芽
就是今天的韓風早餐。罐頭冬筍切絲,海帶芽泡水後稍焯一下隔乾水,兩者與切塊的泡菜加醬油、砂糖拌均即可。本來加點麻油或炒芝麻會更好,可惜兩樣手邊都沒有。
快又簡單,味道好。據說也很有益處,但這不是我的動機啦!
注:此味不合某樹根,因為查實泡菜係有蝦醬成份的。
